Full Detail takes about 3.5 hours and Complete Recondition about 7 hours. There's a small waiting area, but for anything past Quick Refresh we'd suggest dropping off and collecting later rather than waiting on-site.

Please remove valuables and anything personal from the cabin and boot. We're not liable for items left inside, and it also speeds up the interior work.

Booking is required. With one bay and a two-person crew we can't guarantee a same-day walk-in slot, and booking lets us prep the right products for your package in advance.

Not currently. We're a single fixed bay in Kajang and don't offer mobile service. Water access, lighting and correction tools all need the bay setup to do the job properly.

Our bay is covered, so exterior work continues as normal in light to moderate rain. In heavy storms we may pause final drying and finishing steps briefly. This doesn't extend your total wait by more than 15–20 minutes.

Wax sits on top of the paint and typically lasts 4–8 weeks before it needs reapplying. Ceramic coating chemically bonds to the paint and lasts from 6 months (spray-applied, included in Complete Recondition) up to 2–5 years (cured coating, quoted separately).

Shorter than the marketing numbers suggest. Constant UV exposure and frequent rain mean a coating rated for 5 years typically performs closer to 3–4 years here with proper maintenance washing. We'll give you an honest range at inspection, not the best-case figure.

Light swirl marks and shallow scratches usually improve significantly with single-stage correction. Deep scratches that catch a fingernail have usually gone through the clear coat and need touch-up paint or a body shop, not polishing. We'll tell you honestly at inspection rather than promise a full fix.

Cash, DuitNow transfer, and all major debit/credit cards. Payment is collected at handover, after you've inspected the finished work.

Yes, a RM100 deposit secures a Complete Recondition slot, since it blocks most of a working day. It's deducted from your final bill. Quick Refresh and Full Detail don't require a deposit.

Free rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit any deposit paid, since that slot usually can't be refilled on short notice.

Yes, though with one bay we can only take one fleet vehicle per slot like any other booking. For recurring fleet bookings, email us and we'll set up a standing schedule.
