One bay, one crew, no shortcuts.
SEAM started in 2022 out of a single rented bay in Kajang, after founder Farid Rahman spent six years detailing cars for a franchise chain and grew tired of watching jobs get rushed to hit daily quotas.

That's still the whole premise. SEAM doesn't run multiple bays or a roster of rotating staff. The same two people who quote your job are the ones who do it, which is also why we can price everything upfront instead of "it depends" at the counter.
We work out of Bukit Angkat, Kajang, and take bookings from across the Klang Valley. Most customers are daily drivers who want their car properly protected against KL's sun and the monsoon, not showroom collectors chasing competition-grade finishes.
Three rules we work by.
Priced before, not after
Every tier has a fixed starting price by vehicle class. If a car needs more than the tier covers, we call before doing the extra work. Never after.
One booking, one full slot
We don't double-book a bay. If your slot is 1:30pm, your car goes in at 1:30pm, not whenever the previous job wraps up.
No coating oversell
Ceramic coating gets recommended when your paint condition actually supports it, not as a default upsell on every booking.
From drop-off to handover.
A real sequence, so you know what to expect at each stage. This is the actual route your car takes through the bay.
Inspection
We walk the car with you at drop-off, noting existing swirl marks, chips or stains before any work starts.
Wash & prep
Two-bucket hand wash and decontamination wash. The base every tier starts from, including correction and coating jobs.
Correction & protection
Machine polish, wax, or ceramic application depending on your tier, done in the open bay, not a back room.
Quality check
A second pass under work lighting to catch missed spots before you see the car again.
Handover walkthrough
We walk the car with you again and flag anything you should know for the next few weeks of care.
The same kit, every car
Three pad grades, one polisher, one inspection torch. Step 04 is done with that torch held at a raking angle, which is the only way to see what a ceiling light hides. It is also why a job occasionally goes back on the machine before you see it.
